Humanetics To Provide New Medications For Radiation Exposure.

Humanetics Corporation, a major company providing accelerated development and commercialization of proprietary drugs in markets with urgent and unmet needs, announced that radiotherapy_deviceit has signed a new global license for medications that are able to reduce the effects accompanied with radiation exposure such as that occurring during CT and radiotherapy scans.The Minneapolis-based Humanetics has signed the license of two compounds from the Henry Ford Health System in Detroit. One of these compounds is effective within 24 hours after radiation exposure while the other one remains active for more than 24 hours after exposure to radiation.
