adaptive statistical
iterative reconstruction (ASIR) can reduce the risk of radiation exposure by
27%, as reported by a new study published in the September issue of the
American Journal of Roentgenology (AJR) and entitled
“Adaptive Statistical Iterative Reconstruction: Assessment of Image Noise and Image Quality in Coronary CT Angiography”.
