Concord Medical Joins Chang'An Hospital For Improved Cancer Treatment Service

Concord Medical Services Holdings Ltd, a company managing the largest network of and diagnostic imaging and radiotherapy centers in China, announced that it has entered into a joint venture with Chang'An Hospital, starting from the first of July, to operate cancer treatment facilities at Chang'An Hospital. Concord Medical is acquiring a 52% interest in Xi'an Wan Jie Hua Xiang Medical Technology Development Ltd.
